The Quality Department works hand in hand with and consults the various departments (R & D, Purchasing, Industrial, Sales, etc.), the production sites and subsidiaries on several different levels and in a cross-functional manner: - Association in the development of new products,
- Implementation of delegation of control and supplier evaluation authority,
- Audits and measures of internal and external processes,
- Control of compliance with the qualitative standards and directives in force,
- Proper documentary management and recording of procedures,
- Participates in the process of continuously improving quality within the Group,
- Proposes preventive, corrective and improvement actions.

The Sauermann Group is not content with self-certification. It subjects its products to the most rigorous controls:
The cETL inter-technological laboratory, certifies that Sauermann products comply with standards in Canada and the United States.
The VDE, an independent reference organisation, assures the Group's products fully comply with the requirements of European standards. |
Eco commitment
The Quality Department pursues an aim known as "eco-production", which consists in integrating the environment at the core of the Group's industrial activities. By implementing an Environment Management System, the Group is committed to: • Fully complying with regulatory and applicable requirements: RoHS and WEEE European directives • Identifying and preventing pollution risks (UIMM)* • Continually improving its environmental performance. *Association of Metallurgy Crafts and Industries (France).

The Sauermann Group applies the RoHS and WEEE European directives to 100% of its products.
It thus contributes to the limitation, treatment and recycling of polluting materials. Any substances likely to be of a hazardous nature for the health of its employees, customers and users or which could be harmful to the environment are forbidden. |
