Traceability

Over the last 3 years, the Sauermann Group has taken pains to put in place a cross-functional organisation and more transparent and communicative information systems.

The information tools acquired by the Group will enable it to optimise supply management as a function of demand, supplier conditions, product lifetimes, order preparation, delivery rounds and necessary stock reservations. All of these activities must operate in a reliable manner and the new IT tools will enable indispensable controls to assure this.

In 2008, the Group will deploy the necessary resources to assure "predictability"workflow management, event management and a high level of traceability thanks to bar code type technologies.
